By downloading or using MedVault, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MedVault mobile application and website at medvault.co.in. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of the Service

MedVault is a personal health records management app. You may use it to:

You agree not to use MedVault for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt unauthorised access to other accounts, or to misuse the platform in any way that harms other users or the service.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@medvault.co.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may only create one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all health records and documents you upload to MedVault. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

Health Information Disclaimer

MedVault is a storage and organisation tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Do not rely on MedVault as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Service Availability

We strive to keep MedVault available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedVault and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is £0 as the service is free).

Termination

You may stop using MedVault and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of MedVault after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of MedVault shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
